Mr. Davidzon heads IAI’s Training & Simulation Directory, overseeing product development, R&D, and business operations for both military and commercial markets.

Today, Mr. Davidzon is leading the directory, embracing AI and Data Science into training for both manned and unmanned systems, airborne and ground, while preserving high-fidelity training performances and allowing the flexibility of human trainers in the loop. He has gained experience in developing training and simulation systems by leading multi-million dollar projects from the requirements stage through delivery, for more than a decade. Mr. Davidzon specializes in multinational collaboration with foreign customers and growing international and intercultural partnerships.

Mr. Davidzon holds an MA in Law from the College of Management and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University.
